If you’re struggling with acne or the marks it’s left behind, there are two clear paths to getting help — and our team supports both through the same Medamorphous Dermatology location.
1. Get An OHIP Covered Referral For Acne
If you have active acne that’s inflamed, cystic, or not responding to over-the-counter treatments, ask your family doctor or nurse practitioner to send a dermatology referral to Dr. David Bastien at Medamorphous.
During this visit, Dr. Bastien will assess your skin, prescribe or adjust medical therapies, and outline any additional in-office treatments that can help prevent scarring.
2. Book a Private Skin Consultation for Acne Scarring
If your acne is already under control but you’re left with textural or pigment changes, you can book a private skin consultation with our medical aesthetics team.
We’ll assess the type of scarring you have and design a correction plan that may include:
