CEO of Medamorphous

Sarah Bastien is the founder and business mind behind Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa. She is the driving force behind every major decision—selecting world-class technologies, shaping the treatment menu, and curating a team who represent the quality and compassion she insists upon. Guided by her vision, Medamorphous has become a place where advanced medicine and artistry meet, ensuring every patient experience reflects the highest standards of care and transformation.

Passionate about creating a space that feels both professional and welcoming, Sarah has designed Medamorphous to reflect her belief that confidence and authenticity are the foundation of true beauty. Her leadership ensures that patients not only receive evidence-based treatments, but also feel supported, understood, and valued throughout their journey.

Dr. David Bastien

Medical Director of Medamorphous

Dr. David Bastien is the Medical Director of Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, where he practices full time with a focused expertise in dermatology. He earned his Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, graduating with distinction, and completed the internationally acclaimed Evidence-Based Hair Fellowship at the Donovan Hair Academy.

At Medamorphous, Dr. Bastien provides comprehensive care and direction across both medical and cosmetic dermatology—including mole mapping and skin cancer assessments, acne and rosacea management, advanced laser treatments, and innovative hair restoration therapies. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to evidence-based care, he brings together medical precision and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Chantelle Browning

Office Coordinator

Chantelle Browning is the Office Coordinator at Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, where she plays a central role in connecting every part of the clinic. From coordinating OHIP-covered dermatology referrals to managing private-pay medical aesthetics appointments, Chantelle ensures every patient’s experience is smooth and seamless.

Working closely with both Dr. David Bastien and Founder Sarah Bastien, she bridges the medical and aesthetic sides of the practice while supporting the entire team. Known for her organization, professionalism, and approachable nature, Chantelle is the person everyone turns to for guidance and support. Her leadership behind the scenes helps Medamorphous run with efficiency, compassion, and the highest standards of care.

Tonya Simard

Medical Aesthetic Nurse

Tonya Simard is an Aesthetic Nurse at Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, where she combines advanced clinical training with an artistic eye for natural results. With years of nursing experience and specialized education in medical aesthetics, Tonya has trained under respected leaders in the field, including Emily Rockwell, and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development.

At Medamorphous, Tonya is known for her gentle, detail-oriented approach and commitment to patient comfort. She offers a range of treatments—from neuromodulators and dermal fillers to skin health therapies—always with a focus on safety, precision, and results that enhance each patient’s natural beauty.

Michelle Scott is the Skin Expert at Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, bringing nearly 25 years of industry experience to the team. Passionate about foundational skin health, Michelle has worked with a wide range of technologies and treatments over her career, giving her the ability to guide patients toward solutions that truly last.

As a laser technologist and trusted advisor, she combines her extensive hands-on experience with a client-focused approach—taking time to understand each patient’s needs and tailoring treatments that support both immediate results and long-term skin wellness. Michelle’s dedication and expertise make her a cornerstone of the Medamorphous team and a trusted partner in every patient’s transformation.

Teighan Chate

Reception

Teighan Chate is part of the Reception Team at Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, where she warmly welcomes patients and helps coordinate both dermatology and medical aesthetics appointments. As one of the first faces patients see when they arrive, Teighan plays an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Balancing the needs of both OHIP-covered dermatology and private-pay services, Teighan provides attentive support to patients while assisting the team behind the scenes. Known for her friendly demeanour and professionalism, she helps ensure that every visit to Medamorphous feels comfortable, organized, and well cared for.

Adaleah Lorantfy

Creative Director

Adaleah Lorantfy is the Creative Director at Medamorphous Dermatology & Medical Spa, where she brings vision, energy, and creativity to the brand. She plays a key role in planning and implementing social media strategy, marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations, helping Medamorphous connect with patients and the community in meaningful ways.

Adaleah is also the smiling face behind much of our content creation—whether coordinating photo shoots, filming reels, or capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments. Her passion for storytelling and eye for detail ensure that the Medamorphous experience is reflected beautifully both online and in person.
